Voice Engineer

Highly self-motivated Network Technician who is looking to become a member of a fast paced, high performance and award winning team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our clients to document all service related work within our engineering tool-set (RMM, PSA, Ticketing, Configuration Management and Asset Management systems)
  • Continually work towards customer satisfaction excellence
  • Maintain user uptime and improve their computing experiences through proactive remote monitoring, maintenance, problem identification and resolution activities

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of SIP, H323, POTS, ISDN, PRI
  • RTMT Troubleshooting/Log Collection
  • UC Applications – CallManager, Unity Connection, IM & Presence and UCCX versions 8.x to 11.x
  • Callmanager Features – Route Patterns, Translation Patterns, Route Plan Reports, Intercoms, Hunt Groups, MTP, MRGL
  • Experience with 79xx, 88xx, 99xx phones
  • Gateways – CUBE, H323, MGCP, SIP Trunks
  • LDAP Sync/Local User Management
  • Unity Connection – Voicemail Creation, Auto Attendants
  • IM & Presence – Jabber, Chat, Troubleshooting HA/Failover
  • UCCX – Basic Script troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Telepresence Endpoints (DX, EX, C-Series)
  • Knowledge of VCS-E and VCS-C
