Converged Technology Group Launches Fit for a Cause Corporate Wellness Initiative
Company works with online fitness expert to bring benefits to employees
ISLANDIA, NY – January 31, 2011 – Converged Technology Group has kicked off its three month “Fit for a Cause” corporate wellness initiative with the help of Long Island-based Sci-Unison Fitness. The program incorporates bi-weekly webinars, online training materials and frequent interaction with the SUF team to help the company’s staff members reach their fitness goals.
SUF owner Ryan Sullivan created the Fit for a Cause program to help companies boost the productivity and work performance of their employees through the improvement of the employees’ diet and overall fitness level.
“The Fit for a Cause wellness program focuses on the physical wellbeing and improvement of a company’s most important asset: its human resources,” said Sullivan. “By utilizing the new training methods that the Internet and collaboration technology allow, this program is a great match for a tech-based company like Converged Technology Group.”
